What we build
One team that does all of it.
Most partners specialise in one product or one kind of work. We go across the board — any combination of Zoho products, any integration into the systems a client already runs, at any size.
Expertise across 30+ Zoho products
Rarely does a business need just one. These are combinations we have shipped into production, not a capability list.

From one licence to three thousand
The same team and the same process handle a single-seat rollout and a 3,000-licence deployment. What changes is the depth of discovery and the length of the build, not who you deal with.
Services
What you can hand to us.
One engagement covers the whole path — discovery through go-live and the month after it. You do not coordinate three vendors.
Standard Zoho setup
Standard apps configured for how you actually work, rolled out to your team, typically live in two to four weeks.
Read moreCustom builds on Creator
Apps, customer portals, field tools and workflows for the parts of your business no off-the-shelf product covers.
Read moreIntegrations
ERP, accounting systems, telephony, custom PHP and Java apps, enquiry platforms — connected properly, not bolted on.
Read moreData migration
Records, history and attachments moved out of spreadsheets and legacy systems, reconciled before anyone goes live.
Read moreTraining & onboarding
Your team taught on the system they will use, in plain language, so adoption does not stall in week three.
Read morePost go-live support
Thirty days of support after launch as standard, and a team that is still there when you want the next thing built.
Read moreHow we work
One process, from a standard setup to a custom build.
Every project runs the same structured path, whether it is a single-product rollout or a platform built from scratch. End to end, you are covered.

- Data migration and team onboarding
- Live and in daily use inside a month

Engage
Intake and discovery using a standard questionnaire, then a scope and timeline you sign off before anything is built.
Deliver
Build on a weekly cadence with visible progress, then user acceptance testing and validation against the agreed scope.
Launch
Go-live, training for your team, and thirty days of support once you are running on it.
Timings are indicative and confirmed at scope sign-off.

Questions
The things clients ask first.
If yours is not here, ask it directly — we would rather answer before a proposal than after one.
How long does an implementation take?
A standard setup is typically live in two to four weeks. A custom build — Creator apps, multiple products, outside integrations — usually runs four to twenty weeks. We confirm the range at scope sign-off, not before discovery.
Can you integrate Zoho with the systems we already run?
That is most of what we do. In production we have connected Zoho to ERP and accounting systems, custom e-commerce, custom telephony, third-party enquiry platforms, Gravity Forms, 99acres, n8n.io, and bespoke PHP and Java applications.
Are we too small — or too large — for you?
We have delivered from a single licence to deployments of 3,000+. The process is the same; the depth of discovery and the length of the build are what change.
Can you handle sensitive or on-premise requirements?
Yes. We have built on-premise Zoho Creator deployments and moved data over SFTP and blob storage into Creator, People and Books, including for a Government of India engagement.
What happens after go-live?
Thirty days of support is included, alongside training. After that you stay with the same team, not a separate support desk.
What if we need something Zoho does not do out of the box?
Most of what people assume needs a product change can in fact be built — custom modules, Deluge functions, Creator apps and integrations cover an enormous amount, and that is the bulk of our work. Where something genuinely needs Zoho's product team, we tell you during discovery rather than after you have committed, and being a Zoho subsidiary means we raise it with them directly.
Where are you based, and does that matter?
Kurichi, near Kumbakonam in Tamil Nadu. It matters in one practical way: our people are from the area and tend to stay, so the knowledge of your system stays inside the team instead of leaving with someone.
Tell us what you need Zoho to do.
Send us the shape of the problem — products, existing systems, rough licence count — and we will come back with a ballpark scope and timeline.
